Greenzarro is a fictional character appearing in DC Comics, primarily as a twisted doppelganger of Green Lantern Hal Jordan.
Created by Geoff Johns and Ethan Van Sciver, Greenzarro first appeared in Green Lantern vol. 4 #18 (2007). He originates from the Bizarro World, a cube-shaped planet inhabited by imperfect duplicates of DC heroes and villains.
Like other Bizarros, Greenzarro possesses powers and abilities that are warped versions of his original counterpart. Instead of creating constructs, he destroys them. He is powered by yellow energy, the opposite of the Green Lantern's green energy. He uses his ring to commit evil, the opposite of what he is supposed to do.
Greenzarro is portrayed with backwards speech and thought processes, reflecting the imperfect nature of Bizarros. He exists as a comedic foil to Green Lantern, highlighting the concepts of order and chaos within the DC Universe.
